In this role, you become a key internal partner:

You handle background tasks, secure smooth workflows, provide clarity in the daily operation and help teams stay focused on what matters most — growth, quality and performance.

Your responsibilities

• Handle and monitor workflow tasks
• Support with documentation and basic customs processes
• Ensure smooth internal communication between teams
• Act as an operational support partner to your team

Your qualifications

• CV in German or English
• Motivation to actively build and shape the future of our company
• Ability to stay effective even in high-pressure situations
• Strong multitasking skills and an excellent eye for detail
• Enjoy communication and teamwork
• Confident using Microsoft Office programs
