Working hours: 20 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Provide full administrative and organizational support to the Legal Department. Handle correspondence, draft and prepare letters, documents, presentations and notes. Manage meetings and coordinate internal communication. Maintain and organize digital and physical document storage and filing systems. Collect, summarize and prepare information, reports and briefing materials for decision-making. Track deadlines and ensure timely preparation and submission of documents, renewals and filings. Coordinate information flow between legal, finance, commercial and project teams. Support preparation of research notes, slide decks and summaries.
Requirements: Higher education (a law degree is an advantage). Fluency in English and Ukrainian; German language skills are an advantage. 1+ years of professional experience in administrative, coordination or office support roles. Strong organizational skills, systematic thinking and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently, proactively and handle multiple priorities in parallel. Confidence working with MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
